 This first quarter has been a good journey into the world of the internet. I've learned so much about its history, from the early days of ARPANET to the global network we know today. Understanding the internet timeline has shown me how quickly technology can develop and transform. Discovering the contributions of internet pioneers like Vinton Cerf and Tim Berners-Lee has been inspiring. Their hard work put the foundation for everything we do online.   Exploring the history of the internet in the Philippines was really interesting.              July marks Nutrition Month in the Philippines, a time to promote healthy eating habits and informing about the important role nutrition plays in our health. This year, the TLE Department welcome the national project with passion, organizing a engaging events to make nutrition education both fun and exciting for students. The goal was to move simple lectures and create memorable experiences that would encourage healthy lifestyle changes. The theme of this year's celebration, “Food at Nutrition Security, Maging Priority!  Dear Mr. President: I'm writing to you as a student, one of the many young people who are looking to you and your leadership for a better future. I know you're incredibly busy, but I wanted to share a few thoughts from my perspective.   We see the efforts you're making to improve our country, and we appreciate it.
